Friday 7/13 Eat and Exercise
Breakfast: Atkins Cranberry Orange Muffin and Cream Cheese
Brunch: Egg white omelet with turkey, muenster, and avocado
Lunch: 1/2 hamburger (no bun) with sf ketchup, mustard, and sf relish
Dinner: 4 oz. ****tail shrimp and salad with ranch
Snack: 2 ham and swiss roll ups
Snack: Oh Yeah! PB Cup bar
Exercise: Powerwalked in the PM
