Thursday 7/12 Eat and Exercise
thursday
1/2 a cup of decaf coffee with splenda flavoring and a little creamer
3 ounces chicken (from a baked chicken, white meat) dipped in white sauce (it's a southern bbq thing...)
3 ounces of zucchini casserole
8 ounces strawberry flavored crystal light
8 ounces milo's splenda tea
one ham roll (slice of ham lunch meat with cream cheese, swiss cheese, dijon mustard and fresh chives spread inside and rolled up)
i had sex yesterday too and that's the only exercise i did, lol!!!
Thursday
Breakfast:
egg white omelet with American cheese
bran-a-crisp with cream cheese and sf jam
Lunch: Bob Evans halibut, green beans, and cottage cheese
Dinner: hamburger with sf ketchup, sf relish, and mustard (no bun)
Snacks: pure protein bar
2 cheese sticks
2 sf popsicles
Powerwalking AM
walked around the outlet mall
