Wednesday 7/11 Eat and Exercise
It's sounds from yesterday that everyone is working hard to meet that Labor Day goal!
Wednesday for me:
Breakfast: one branacrisp with cream cheese and sf jam/coffee
Brunch: Egg white omelet with turkey, avocado, and muenster cheese
Lunch: (at Friday's with a good friend) grilled shrimp and broccoli
Snack: tuna salad
Snack: ham and swiss roll ups
Snack: OhYeah! PB cup bar
Jazzercise circuit class/60 minutes (kicks my butt) I skipped powerwalking
Off to powerwalk. Have a great day!

wednesday
a chicken florentine crepe
two 16.9 oz crystal light iced teas
one milo's splenda tea
movie theater popcorn (a few handfuls i guess considering the fact that i dropped the entire bag shortly after the movie started, lol!!!)
mr. pibb (about 3 ounces at the movies)
no formal exercise but i DID walk around the salvation army again on my lunch break and then went to wal-mart and walked around for about an hour and a half after work.
Wednesday -
Breakfast - one scrambled egg with a hotdog (daughter made breakfast)
Snack - lg. cup of coffee with SF vanilla creamer
Lunch - leftover meatloaf, SF whole wheat bread, small salad
Snack - Pure Protein smores bar
Dinner - 3 oz. steak, 2 Tbsp mashed potato, green beans, small salad
Snack - Russel Stover SF chocolate truffle
Swam laps for exercise
