Diverticulosis

Hi guys, I have had bouts of this before surgery. It comes from pockets in our intestinal track getting inflamed; (catching seeds ie tomatoes, berries, ect.) I asking if it can be more threatening after WLS??? I was immeadiately put on antibiotics today; then DR warned if I get into serious pain, run fever, or anything else get immeadiately to ER! I am miserable; it feels like someone has their hands in my intestinal track squeezing and letting go with force.. Worse than any traditional cramps I have felt before when I have had this! Any advise?? I know I need to be careful what I eat for a while. I am not going to quick eating the healthy things I like. I don't eat that much of them anyway; this is just something I get a couple times a year. Only thing is this time after WLS seems much worse.. Yukkk. Thanks, Judy R
