Mon 7/9-What did you eat? How did you exercise??
7AM I had my usual glass of milk with my vitamins and blood pressure pills
Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat pita with a meatball & red pepper in it
Lunch: Whole wheat tortilla w/shredded cheese and deli turkey
Snack: 1/4 Cup Imitation crab
Dinner: 1/2 whole wheat pita with a meatball & red pepper in it
Snack: 1 very small scoop of sf rocky road ice cream
I wasn't in the mood for an actual breakfast today so I made leftovers the same for breakfast and dinner. I got in about 75 oz. of liquids today.
I rode my stationary bike for 2 miles today at a fast pace. It was the first time I was on it in about a year and I felt more revived doing that than just walking. That'll be my new fun form of exercise until I get bored with it.....lol.
