I had replied to the post on the main board about this. Over there you told me that you added me to the challenge but I'm not sure that I'm added over here. Each week on Monday we post our current weights. It takes some folks all week to get it done (just got one today!) and some folks forget completely. This week, for instance, we had 88 people report in out of 134 in the challenge (65%). If someone fails to report in TWO weeks in a row, I pull them out of the challenge list till they do report in again. We had some folks in the July 4th challenge who joined the challenge, never once reported a weekly weight, and then posted their weight to wrap up the challenge. The whole point of this challenge concept it to support each other through the process, not just to show up at the end with your new weight and whether or not you met your personal goal. We're here to support all the rest of the group and the accountability of weekly reporting is a great motivator for some folks! If you go to http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/health/posts.html each week, you will find a Roll Call post for the current week's posting at or very near the top of the list of posts there. I have it made a sticky post, so it will always be in those first 3 or 4 messages which are highlighted in green. Click the post title and the post will open. Then, on that new page, click the "post reply" button just as you did to reply to this post and post your current weight info and any feedback you have for our current question of the week! I usually put the roll call post up on Sunday afternoon/evening, but it is always there by Monday! On Friday each week, for anyone who has not yet posted a current weight, I carry over the weight from the previous week and it is shaded to denote that it was a carryover and not an actual report-in. That way I can post what we lost for the week and I post the percentage of folks *****ported in. Hope this helps! Hugs and welcome! Lea

my weight this week is 195 i gained 2 pounds but i think it was because of my monthly friend. my hightset weight is 277 my labor day goal is 189.
