hey Lea! I have already responded to your other post --but you suggested we post here to become a member of the forum...I have already left my stats but just in case: 310 (highest and date of surgery) 172 (current) 140 (goal by labor day) Thanks again for doing this!

Well, there really are no "rules" in that we have some small expectations, but no die hard rules. For example, in the Labor Day round, the only real RULE is that if you were in the July 4th challenge, you must post your weight info by Friday in order to be transferred over to the new Labor Day round. After Friday, I'll clean up the spreadsheet and remove any of the July 4th folks who have not posted their current weight and goal weight for Labor Day. On the other hand, we have some expectations of participants. 1) Check in each week to let us know your current weight. 2) Give us some feedback on our question of the week if you can. 3) Support each other when we ask questions or need help--especially when the help we need is a swift kick right in the seat of the pants! LOL That is about it! At the end of each mini-challenge, participants who wish to stick around for the next round are required to post their current/goal weights for the next round. Any who don't do so will leave us to assume they are not participating in the next round for whatever reason. We have no hard feelings about it, just need to clean up the group list at that point each round.... This whole concept is all about supporting each other in our goals and our weight loss journeys.... For that reason we've not dropped anyone for failing to post their current info each week. Sorry to be blunt here, but "**** happens." Life intervenes sometimes and we just can't get to the board to post. We all have that happen! So, it isn't a "rule" that you drop in and post, but it is an expectation! How's that sound?? LOL Lea
