Gary Oliver did release a new CD a couple of years ago. It was after "More Than Enough." It is called "Closer To You." Have you heard that one? It is really good. He does three or four actual love songs on it as well. I too, feel for what Michael English went through. The sad thing is that we are human, and we do make serious mistakes at times. God is just to forgive us, but our human counterparts are not always as quick to forget. I truly believe though, that the gift will make room for itself. Michael is so anointed, and you cannot contain that in a box. Yes, I have read Donnie's book. I have all of his CD's. Have you heard the latest one? The hymns? Oh boy!!! Get ready to have church when you listen to "The Blood Medley." It is something else! I have had multiple church services right in my car (driving down the road!) while listening to this CD! LOL Yes, I have heard of Clint Brown. I have done a few of his songs in the past. But, I am not as familiar with his music as I would like to be. I do like Phillips, Craig and Dean. Their worship stuff is powerful. You know, the first time I heard them, I knew they were from the UPC. There is a sound to UPC music that you do not hear anywhere else. =) I also like Vicki Yohe very much. I could sit and listen to her sing all day. And can she ever play the piano! I do not know her personally, but I have met her when she sang out here. She was friends with my former pastor that is from Indiana. Another one I forgot to mention to you that is one of my very favorite artists is Darwin Hobbs. I have his first two CD's. He should have another one out by now. If not, it will be really soon. You do know that Vonnie Ewing Lopez is traveling with Kurt Carr now, right? I have caught them a couple of times on TBN. Girl, it looks like we have MU*****ommon!! How cool is this?!! =))

Oh Man! Get in your car, and go to the nearest bookstore and buy the new Darwin Hobbs!! I think its called Worshipper..and it is awesome!! He is great too, I forgot about him!! I like Rev Paul Morton too, and Donald Lawrence. Our choirs do a lot of their stuff. We do a lot of Hillsongs stuff in our church now, we have an assistant Pastor that is only 22 years old, our Pasor's son, and he is integrating some of thenewer worship songs into our worship. I'm lovin' that!! Lots of Israels stuff too. The newest Clint Brown is called Mercy and Grace, it is great! The one before that was called Nuthin But Church, and our youth choir has done several of the songs. I will have to check on that Gary Oliver,,I don't have it. I have hundreds and hundreds of cd's, cause I get a lot free from the record company reps. That is a real blessing let me tell ya!!! I write the dramas and musicals for the church, and Im always lookin for a good song. I have always thought there was a special sound to Pentecostal music! A special anointing. I love anything the Pentecostals of Alexandria do, and Indiana Bible College Choir, and CLC Youth Choir. You said it..we are so blessed!!!

I love the worship Medley Darwin does on his second CD. It slays me in the floor. I will go get his new CD this week. We do a lot of Hillsongs and United Live, which is the Hillsongs Youth Band. I am not as crazy about United Live, but the younger crowd likes it. Not enough groove for me if you know what I mean. But, they are still a blassing. The Parachute Band is also good. Another worship leader I have fallen in love with is Danny Chambers. Have you heard of him? He pastors a church in TN called The Oasis. In Nashville, I think. He sings a song called "You Overwhelm Me" that is simply gorgeous. He and his wife, Jillian, (Jill) sing together, along with some other team members. I have never heard them sing anything I do not like. I also like Terry McAlmon. Now, when I first heard his music, I was not too sure what I thought...Then came the next song...And I was listening a little bit more. Then, by the time the CD was through, I was sobbing and all out of sorts. LOL He is very anointed. I have seen him a couple of times live, and I do not think I have ever been to a concert before where everyone in the building was on their feet worshipping. It was powerful. I do quite a bit of Terry McAlmon music when I am leading worship. Isn't this fun?!!! =))

We sell Terry McAlmon, but to be truthful, Ive never listened to him. Hmmmm, I'll have to check that out!! Yeah, I have the cd Oasis Praise,,its awesome! And Danny Chambers is good too. I just wrote a Drama from a song by Dietrich Haddon that inspired me, Chain Breaker,,,from his Chain Breaker cd. Have you heard him?? He is pretty versatile,,he does a lot of different styles. We will be performing it in June, just now getting started on rehearsals and prop building. I am so pumped!! Have you heard Judy Jacobs, and Karen Wheaton? I love their style as well,,some good worship stuff there too. Well, I better get off here for now,,got a suit I am altering, want to wear it tonight! Chat atcha later! yeah, this is a blast!

Terry is kind of slow paced...Especially when you first listen to him. But, keep going...You will see what I mean. He is one of the best pianists I have ever heard. Of course, there is nothing like seeing him live. I have heard of Dietrich Haddon, but cannot really remember hearing any of his music. I Will do some homework there. =) I have heard of Judy Jacobs and Karen Wheaton. I have always liked Karen, though I have not ever purchased any of her music. Much success of your drama! You sound like a talented lady. What church do you go to? Do you know the Munsey's? I see Elder Frank Munsey now and again when he comes out this way to visit his son, Phil, who pastors not far from where I live. I remember them from years back when they were UPC. I remember singing "Here Comes The Bride" with Ruth Munsey one time when I was younger. They were at our church preaching. That is when that song was so big. Remember "Hallelujah Anyhow?" She wrote quite a few very popular songs. Talk to you later. =)
