Today I woke up, went to work, came home did laundry, and am getting ready for my daughters baseball game. Toaday I am proud of myself because, I look in the mirror and see what I am starting to become. Today I told my daughter I loved her and gave her big huggs and kisses. Today I am going to get in more water and spend as much time outside as possible. So tell me something about you today??? Melissa

Hi Melissa, Since me and my partner are moving to HOTLANTA, I am in the process of sending rusume out. So I have been doing that. I also plan on gett all my protein in which has been a real issue with me. I woke up this morning and did 40 grams of protein off the bat, after that is complete I will be taking my vitamin which is another issue with me but I have every intention on fixing tha problem, my sweety bought me liquid, multi vitamins and liquid calcuim citrate. Which makes it easy on me because it was like pulling teeth to get me to take my vitamins. I will also spend as much time possible outside today. I will next week be going to YMCA, 5 TIMES Can't wait

Hi all. Today, I plan to get new tires on the car, go to the store to restock my vitamins and then a trip to the park for a nice long walk. I get tired of the same scenery here in the neighborhood so I thought the park would be a nice change. Lisa L. 380/346/170

Hey Melissa Today me and step went to pride in the park then walked through the mall. Last year, I wouldn't even go to pride. Today I walked through the mall very proud of myself. I am usually worried about people talking about my weight. I walked through that mall with my head held high. I still have a lot of weight to loose but my confidence is coming back.
