Okay--
does anyone else feel that they are becoming MORE obsessed with the weightloss the more that they lose? I am constantly weighing myself each morning when I know that my dietician told me not to weigh in everyday but its like the scale is shackled to my feet or something? And I have to go to the gym now, its like my daily ritual...is this bad or do you all feel the same?

I think at one point and time all of us have had that problem. I have gotten better about it and only weigh in on Monday mornings, right after I use the potty and before I get dressed for work.
I do wonder, do you freak out if the numbers are not what you would like for them to be. That was one of my biggest problems. Now, I seem to have it under control.
