Weekly progress report
Well, I wasn't too happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. Only one pound down since last week. That sucks. I haven't been watching my water or protein so I suppose those could be contributing factors. I started at 218, was 208 the day of my surgery and am now 188. So I'm down 30 pounds.
How did you do?
my scale actually went up a little this week. Not too happy about it but that's life. I am trying to evaluate what I am eating and drinking and trying to change all of it. Maybe next week. I've been told that sometimes your body will stall at a weight where you've spent some time at at some point in your life. I spent a few years in my 290's so I've been here for a couple of weeks. I'm hoping this plateau will break soon. But my partner hit a plateau at about three weeks as well, so I'm not too concerned yet.
