how many calories do you consume?
Hey,
I eat about 1200 calories a day (i'm 11 weeks out)....i was advised to eat complex carbs and to avoid simple carbs and sugars during the initial stages of weight loss (those things would slow it down a bit). I've bulk up on proteins and fats. I don't really track calories..although i do use www.fitday.com everyday for several reasons:
1) to track my protein intake everyday (the doctors want me to get in 120 grams a day..based on some ideal formula for someone at 175 lbs (my ideal weight).
2) I use it to track the number of carbs i'm eatting
3) i like to keep accountable about what foods i'm eatting. I really don't get hungry....but i do eat about every 3 hours. Otherwise my stomach starts to get grumbly (actually this is starting to change a bit...so i've been able to go a bit longer).
So far it's worked out great ...i've lost over 120 lbs in 11 weeks.
