I have been trying to stay away from fried foods...lol I have been eating a lot of fish and chicken and brown rice with veggies and some whole grain wheat cereals....and i am definitely getting in my 2 liters of water and protein with vitamins. I also workout 6 days a week and do the elliptical for 35 minutes and the treadmill for 30 so......i am hoping to see results! finda nessy

I'm just bored out of my mind today...lol....i've done everything i could around the house to keep me busy..so now i'm replying to month old posts. :P Anyway lately i've been eatting a lot of BLTs wiht cheese ..on low carb bread with lots of mayo (regular kind). Usually i use only one slice of low carb bread...3 slices of bacon..and 1 thin slice of tomato ..and 90 percent of the time i leave off the lettuce...just makes it to messy..lol... with 2 tablespoons of mayo...and one or two slices of cheese (i prefer swiss). Ok this is really high fat, but it does have a lot of protein. The bread has 4 grams, the bacon 5 grams, and the cheese has 5 grams per slice. I figure this beats out protein bars and shakes any day!!!!! Esp since there is now that microwavable bacon. Lets see what else....i eat a lot of spam..ok no jokes..i have found fried spam to be a really good tasty treat...and you can sing about it too..just like Monty python...lol. Mmmmmmmm when i want something quick i go get a wendy's BLT salad. It has about 20 grams of protein (i usally eat off most of the toppings and just the greens ..and leave most of the lettuce). I use a lot of blue cheese dressing..high fat low carb kind of thing. Ok for my indulgence...i've been eatting carb solution ice cream bars. They are yum to the 10th degree. I usually kind of eat the same thing most days...i'll mix it up with some thin sliced cold cuts from the deli, and dinner changes regularly. You know whats good too..but is a high carb treat....the Nachos Supreme from taco bell. When made right...it has about 18 grams of protein...although it has about 20 to 25 grams of carbs...depending if you eat all the nachos (which i sometimes do and sometimes don't). Ok now i'm getting hungry ..Chinese anyone??!!!
