3 months appointment today!

Hey family. How is everyone doing? I'm GREAT. I had my three months appointment today and Doc said I'm doing great. Last month when I visited him I was 335, today I was 316 lbs. !!!!! I cant believe I've lost 72 lbs. since surgery and 134 lbs total. This has been an awesome experiance. Before I know it, I'll be under 300. I haven't been under 300 in a LONG time! Thats AWESOME girl!! I missed my 2mth appt the other day ,I am afraid to call my doctor I know he's going to rip me a new one!!!! I can't wait to weight though,, **** I thought I would never say those words huh!!!! Well I am soo excited for you, keep it up!!

Congrat Kay I am sooooo proud of you. WHAT AN AWESOME ACCOMPLISHMENT. Starting off at 450 and you are almost in the 200s. I myself was at 431 I am just amazed that I weigh in the 300s, when I last checked my weight I was 364 I think.I try not to weigh myself until I go to the dr or if I go to the YMCA. But I just wanted to let you know that I am soooo happy for you.

Thanks Sherri!! I haven't bought a scale yet so I only weigh myself at Dr. appointments too. Once I found a scale at walmart that went up to 330 and weighed myself there. Your also doing an awesome job. Doesn't it feel great to be out of the 400's?? It gets better and better. Have you noticed your clothes fitting better and looser?? Kay

Hey Brenda! Sounds like you had a good workout! You'll feel much better in a couple of days. I've been meaning to get up with you, I've had to help a friend out and haven't been getting home until late, but I'll be free soon. Take care and hope you get over your soreness.

Get thee to a spa for a massage! It has been beautiful this weekend and I've been out doing gardening. It's easier now that I've lost 40 lbs! Really enjoyed meeting you in Georgetown.
