3 months appointment today!

Congrat Kay I am sooooo proud of you. WHAT AN AWESOME ACCOMPLISHMENT. Starting off at 450 and you are almost in the 200s. I myself was at 431 I am just amazed that I weigh in the 300s, when I last checked my weight I was 364 I think.I try not to weigh myself until I go to the dr or if I go to the YMCA. But I just wanted to let you know that I am soooo happy for you.

Thanks Sherri!! I haven't bought a scale yet so I only weigh myself at Dr. appointments too. Once I found a scale at walmart that went up to 330 and weighed myself there.
Your also doing an awesome job. Doesn't it feel great to be out of the 400's?? It gets better and better. Have you noticed your clothes fitting better and looser??

Ahhhhhh Poor Baby
Now that, that's over, don't you feel really good about yourself!! Just being able to play ball. You have to be proud of yourself, I know I am!!
Instead of your quote, I think everyone should be saying....."You've come a long way baby"!!!!
Now for the big question. Are you going to play again??
Good Job!
Quita
