Update
I didn't do my weekly update last week because I didn't lose. Is that bad? I was disappointed because the scale didn't move at all. It didn't go up, though, which is a good thing. Some other good things that happened is that I fit into a pair of size 18 jeans (they were rather loose, even) after wearing 22s for so long. I also got to eat some raw veggies - cucumber and peppers. I'll brave some more later
Easter weekend was a disaster. The holiday is centered around food, you know. For the most part, I resisted the candy. I overate at Easter dinner though and paid for it by feeling really yucky until about 10:00 Monday morning. Live and learn, I guess.
This week I lost three pounds again, so I'm down to 191. I keep having to pull my pants up. I may not be able to wear these much longer.
