WOW, I have never had that much protein in one day.. GO ME!!
50 oz of water and propel so far. I'm trying hard to get to 64
I walked for 25 minutes.

I had 75g of protein from shakes
about 36oz of water
a little cup of small curd cottage cheese with11g of protein
chicken brothx2
rode the stationary bike for 15minutes and did about 5.5 almost 6 miles.
have i mentioned lately i'm sick of protein drinks? 1 more week and i'm done having massive intakes of the stuff, I can cut down to one drink a day so long as I keep an eye on the protein. w00t
