I had: 2 Liters of water 2 28grams chocale protein shakes 2 oz of canned pink salmon and 2 oz of brown rice half a bread stick with marinara and i walked for 45 minutes.....I'M ON IT!!!! Finda Nessy

Hummmm, lets see..... B~Protein shake (22) L~Protein shake (22) S~1/2 a Protein bar (7) D~ Salad w/ thinly sliced turkey, 1/2 boiled egg and cheese (12) S~Other 1/2 of protein bar (7) WOW, I have never had that much protein in one day.. GO ME!! 50 oz of water and propel so far. I'm trying hard to get to 64 I walked for 25 minutes. Have a nice night Kay

Lets see: I had 75g of protein from shakes about 36oz of water a little cup of small curd cottage cheese with11g of protein chicken brothx2 rode the stationary bike for 15minutes and did about 5.5 almost 6 miles. have i mentioned lately i'm sick of protein drinks? 1 more week and i'm done having massive intakes of the stuff, I can cut down to one drink a day so long as I keep an eye on the protein. w00t - Kelly
