D~1/2 a Boneless, skinless chicken thigh and small salad

Left over lagnsa with butter roll didn't eat all of the butter roll
diet rasberry snapple
Dinner wasn't hunger , just ate sunflower seeds with my girl
snack- thin mints girl scout cookies.
