b: 2 peices of pear halves
s: zero carb isopure protein drink 40g
l: 2oz of rice and 1 oz of pink salmon
d: half a hotdog and some yogurt
i did get in all my vitamins and I also walked around campus for an hour and a half...so i am proud!
the weekends almost here and i get to see my babee, she is driving down from her campus to mine so i am excited!!!!!

L - 1 c Cattle Drive Chicken Chili - 17g protein, 1g fat
S - Unjury chocolate protein shake w/skim milk - 28g protein, 0 fat
D - 3oz Turkey meatloaf, 1/4 c peas, 1/4 c carrots - 25g protein, 3 g fat
S - Atkins peanut butter granola bar - 17g protein, 8g fat
Got in all of my fluids and supplements, spent 45 minutes on my bike, rode 10 miles.
