My surgeon said I need to get 2 protein shakes a day. Its hard because I'm always full but today I managed. Here is what I ate.. B~4 oz yoguart and 1 Jenny O breakfast sausage link S~Protein shake L~2 oz Tuna and 2 Unsalted crackers D~Eggbeaters Omlette with Thinly sliced turkey and lil cheese S~ Protein shake Have a wonderful Weekend Kay

hello kay-- b: cup of milk (skim) l: 3 oz. of cream of chicken soup s: 1 oz. kraft string cheese d: cheese and ham and sausage off of pizza s: 40 grams of blue raspberry isopure protein drink all my vitamins...and lots of water in between...... i didnt get to exercise but i promise i wll tomorrow..... finda nessy

Kay, Wow seems like you are getting some better results than I did. Anyway, B 16 oz milk L 4.4 oz carb cont. youg D four cheese on wheat crackers S 1oz mixed nuts Was on the road Friday night and was too afraid to eat at a fast food place. Melissa
