Well Melissa has tried this a few times and nobody wants to play so I thought I'd give it a shot. I dont care if you dont want to participate in my post, I've played by myself before Here is what I ate today... B~Protein Shake and 1/2 banana L~Omlette.. Egg beaters, Thinly sliced turkey breast and cheese S~SF popsicle D~1 oz Grilled fish fillet S~ 4 oz Carb countdown chocolate milk with added protein powder So come on and tell me what you ate today? Half my protein shake 1 egg w/ 1 slice of bacon 1 light n fit yogurt smothie 4 sm meatballs in a light broth Tuna salad on lettuce rest of protien shake 4 oz light n fit yogurt 1 md apple vitamins milk tea oj water Sue K.

Kay, Thanks for picking this up for me. I have had a bad past few days. But, I am sure things will get better. My food choices for this day were also bad, but we learn from out mistakes. B milk L peanuts D bean and beef taco S town house crackers and some cream cheese. I did not get all my vits or water in this day. Melissa
