I do not own a scale, so I cannot become a scale ***** without some serious effort. So, since I cannot go back to the gym until 2/22 I have been getting my scale 'fix' at BB&B about 4 blocks from my house. So why do I bring this up? Ahhh....my scale of choice told me I weighed 265. That is a total loss of #143, I have lost #47 since surgery. I have 3# until my first goal treat. What should it be? Help me out pals! Maureen

Hmmm a treat.....How bout a scale? LOL I am only kidding. Treats for me now consist of new clothes. When I reach a goal, I buy myself something for ME. Like the last goal I made, I bought a new pair of running shoes. Did I spend waaaaay to much money on them....YES. But hey, for once in my life I feel like I am worth it! For my next goal I am going on a vacation to Cedar Point Amusement Park (June 12th). My point in here is to concentrate on yourself and make yourself feel better. Cause you deserve it!!! Keep up the great work buddy!!!! Chad

A MASSAGE !!!! How great would that be! And if you don't like the idea of a stranger massaging you, a water massage would be nice. My girlfriend bought me a water massage for my birthday last year. It felt awesome! It is like a tanning bed, and this water shoots down on your back and it feels great. I don't know if they have anything like that where you live, but it would be a nice treat! Congrats on your loss!!!

Maureen, I would have to say a treat would be a day of nothing but relaxation(maybe a spa treatment) get some pampering done. Then out on the town for the night with some friends. What ever you do, live it up. You have worked so hard for it. Melissa

Maureen, I say go get yourself a lobster. Most grocery stores steam them for free. Take it home and have a nice dinner.
