Hey gang, how is everyone? Sorry I missed yesterday it was a very long day for me.
But, today has been better
Before Breakfast carb control yogurt
Breakfast egg omelet, w/ slice of ham, shredded cheese, salsa
Lunch 3 ham and cheese crackers
Diner Banquet meal chicken, mashed potatoes, and gravy sauce @ 3 ounces (everything already in box)
I got about 85 ounces of water today. Worked out with my friend at Curves, and even went an extra round today on the running pads.
Lets here it what did everyone else have today?
