Snack car contr. yogurt
Lunch nothing
Snack Atkins morning start breakfast bars
(oh my this was good, chocolate chip crisp it has 13g protein, 1sugar, and 15 carbs)
Diner egg omelet with turkey, cheese, and salsa
I am sure I did not get all my fluids, this was a busy and hectic day. But, all my vits were taken.
