Hey everyone, I hope Thursday is going well. Before breakfast 16.9oz water Breakfast achieve one protein drink Snack car contr. yogurt Lunch nothing Snack Atkins morning start breakfast bars (oh my this was good, chocolate chip crisp it has 13g protein, 1sugar, and 15 carbs) Diner egg omelet with turkey, cheese, and salsa I am sure I did not get all my fluids, this was a busy and hectic day. b: nothing l: half of a peice of grilledchicken and 8 grapes d:half a hotdog and mandarin orange s: protein shake. I dont think i got near enough protein nor water but I am definitely trying.... i did get in all my vitamins also so I am happy about that.... finda nessy

Hey Melissa B~Protein shake with 1/2 banana mixed in L~Omlette.. Egg beaters, 2 thinly sliced turkey breast and lil cheese S~ few bites left of my omlette D~ 1/2 a Gordans fish filet and 2 steamed brocilli spears S~4 oz CC chocolate milk Have a good evening.. Kay
