OT: Whats the
Howdy all!
Here in Jersey, we are about to get hit with the same storm that you are getting Melissa. This really sucks because we have tickets to go see the Indigo Girls in Princeton Sunday night...it's our 6 year old's first concert. She is sooooo excited, and I don't want her dissappointed. She has been so good listening to her CD's so she can sing along at the show. I just hope that the snow dies down by Sunday afternoon. (We are on the coast and Princeton is about an hour and a half away on the other side of the state) We are getting reports of anywhere between 4 to 10 inches. South Jersey is so funny when it comes to snow...we get just about the opposite of every other place in Jersey....If north Jersey gets nothing, we get it all...and then vice/versa with less snow down here. Please everyone keep your fingers crossed for us...we REALLY REALLY want to go to the concert.

Here in the historic East side of Toledo, OH we got a little dusting of snow, but not much more than that. We've had a pretty mild winter so far. We've had 40 and 50 degree weather all throughout January, and so far in February, it has been mostly in the 30's. We have not had any below zero temps yet. We are way below our snow average for the winter. As a matter of fact, on Super Bowl Sunday, we were suppose to get 8-10 inches of snow but ended up getting just a dusting. The most snow we've gotten all winter so far was on the day Erin had her surgery (December 15th). It snowed buckets that day. It really has been great for the heating bill, let me tell you.
