Tuesdays exercise challenge
OMG y'all put me to shame...
I am getting in 12 minutes on the weight loss track of the elliptical and I thought I was doing good. But I don't stop moving for an entire hour--I do the whole circuit...so maybe I can rank up there with all you Richard Simmons fans--just in a different way....heehee.

Don't even waste your precious energy comparing yourself to us crazy gym girls!! It took me FOREVER to get to were I am able to cruise through my workout the way I do. You just keep taking it one day at a time; one step at a time!! 12 minutes is 12 minutes more than you could do in the beginning, and just the cusp of what you will accomplish in the months to come. Slow but sure--you'll get to wherever you want to be! I LOVED my Richard Simmons videos when I first started losing weight some time ago. I had ALL the Sweatin' videos, and Disco Sweat, too!!! People think he's odd; I think he ROCKS for all the years he's devoted to helping people take care of themselves!!!
