100 minutes on the elliptical. I watched all of American Idol, and most of House! I love exercising to the TV. It's the only TV I ever watch--except of course, The L Word! Jessica

OMG y'all put me to shame... I am getting in 12 minutes on the weight loss track of the elliptical and I thought I was doing good. But I don't stop moving for an entire hour--I do the whole circuit...so maybe I can rank up there with all you Richard Simmons fans--just in a different way....heehee. -Cheri

Cheri, Don't even waste your precious energy comparing yourself to us crazy gym girls!! It took me FOREVER to get to were I am able to cruise through my workout the way I do. You just keep taking it one day at a time; one step at a time!! 12 minutes is 12 minutes more than you could do in the beginning, and just the cusp of what you will accomplish in the months to come. Slow but sure--you'll get to wherever you want to be! I LOVED my Richard Simmons videos when I first started losing weight some time ago. I had ALL the Sweatin' videos, and Disco Sweat, too!!! People think he's odd; I think he ROCKS for all the years he's devoted to helping people take care of themselves!!! Chin up, honeybunch!!! See that bright light: it's YOU making it to your goal!!! Way to go!!! Just don't make yourself so sore that you don't want to do it again. I went to the gym. I did 45 minutes cardio and 45 mins free weights and stretching. I am feeling great! Keep on moving! Best, Amy

I'm so jealous of all of you. I'm stuck at work all day (parent conferences tonight) so I'm working 7 AM to 8 PM with no gym time !!!! You all are doing great with your excercise! Chip
