Gained 3 lbs
Which brings me back up to 262
only 2lbs down from my one month post op check up on the 9th
I know you guys are probably saying it's water weight but I've been doing everything I'm supposed to do. Protein water
for breakfast today I had a few cashews and 3 slices of cracker barrel cheddar
for lunch I had 1 mozzarella stick and a few cashews (Variety I know)
and for dinner I had the same thing I had for lunch except I added 1/2 a pickle for snack
Losing at least 10lbs before my 2nd month post op is looking skim

it doesn't sound like you're getting quite enough protein. 3 cheese sticks and some cashews would bring you in the neighborhood of 25-28gms?? if you could get in some more protein, it would help boost the metabolism and help you lose more. people generally get anywhere from 60-80gms a day. i know it's tough in the beginning, but maybe getting in a shake, or eating another 2 small meals would be helpful.
just a suggestion. not meant to be judgmental in anway...

Don't get discouraged. You will lose weight. Your body is adjusting. I have gone weeks without losing and then dropped 10 lbs overnight. It sounds like you need to eat more. Suppliment with a good protein shake or SF protein pudding. You're starving and your body is holding on to every pound. I have been in your position many times and it is frustrating but when it comes off you'll feel sooooooo good.
