2 week checkup today

Hey family I went to the dr's today to get my staples removed (thank god) and it didn't even hurt. Doc said I'm doing a good job. So that means I was doing all that worrying and stressing last week for nothing. I lost 21 lbs. since surgery and I'm proud of that. Thats a 83 lb weight loss all together if you include my pre op weight loss. I still have a LONG way but it sure is is pretty good start. Thanks for everyones support!!! Kay 450/388/367/175
