Hello All. I need a little assistance. Have any of your surgeons or thier offices given you a detailed exerise programs to follow. IE when and what you are allowed to do? Mine doesn't have anything like that. Thanks "family" Cam

Cam, I do not have a complete list of things not to do. My surgeon did suggest that I not do anything like sit ups, or lower abdomal execises. I have found one thing I love and it does not hurt. I have been doing water aerobics. Its an hour long. I fell so good when I am done. If you find anything better please let me know. Melissa

Cam-- As far as the exercise goes the only restriction i was given avoid abdominal exercise for the first 4 weeks. I started back at the gym slow and worked my way up to where i am now. My typical exercise routine goes : 15 minutes bike or stair climber 15 minutes elliptical machine (level 10-18) depending on mood 15 minutes treadmill im up to running 1 mile then walking for the remaining time. Circut training 2-3 times per week with a trainer.--im doing a boot camp basic training class at the gym 2x per week and that seems to give me the adequate strength training. during work i do 2-15 minute walks on breaks and 1 mile during my lunch hour. hope this helps. Brandon
