Good Thursday evening everyone. I trust that everyone has had a good day.
Before breakfast 20oz coffe. I used regular coff, fat free creamer, splenda
Breakfast nothing
Snack Dannon carb control drink
Lunch liquidity beef stew
Snack nothing
Dinner 12 oz milk
I have gotten in more fluids today than other days. My protein has not been up to what is should, but I am making more progress daily.
Exercise cleaned my house. It was a mess.

Here's what I had Thursday:
B Cottage cheese & lite applesauce
L Chunky surloin burger soup
S 2 slices of turkey based lunch meat & a few cheese cubes
D 6 small meatballs and a few low carb elbow macaronies w/ sauce
Fluids - 20 tea, 20 oz water, 28 oz milk
Dinner didn't sit too well, I think that I let something go down before it was chewed well enough. I was very uncomfortable for about an hour.
Today I don't want to eat. I've had 20 oz of tea and 2 slices of bacon, well chewed . I have cream of wheat, applesauce, cheese, an apple, and milk, but I really don't feel like trying any of it. I know I will eat later, but right now I don't want to.

Visit to the gym
S-melon
L-salad with 27g protein
S-rest of protein shake and a peeled apple
D-low carb cheese tortellini, broccoli, garlic, light olive oil, and lite alfredo sauce
Drinks - water, decaf coffee, crystal lite
And because I worked all night, I wanted a little something so I had carrots and peanut butter
