Feels like it has been forever (3 month update)....

Boy it feels like it has been FOREVER since I had my surgery. Like a CENTURY ago! Wait, thats because it has been a century!!! This weekend I hopped up on the scale to find out that I have lost 101lbs in the past 3 months. My goal was to hit 100lbs lost by year end, and boy was it was great to make it before the end of the year! Last year at this time I could not even think about running, this year I run 3 miles a day. Last year I was consumed with eating as much as I could, this year I eat until I am satisfied. What a difference this surgery has made for me!

Congratulations Chad!!!!! 101 lbs in 3 months is awesome. Way to use your new weight loss tool.

Hey sweetie! Glad to see that you are doing so well. What a wonderful job you are doing! Isn't it nice running now? I have been running 3 miles too. It feels so nice to be able to run.
