Is this normal?

I fear I might have a kidney infection. Has anyone ever developed that in response to the anesthesia? I had the "twilight" stuff yesterday for my filter and progressively today my lower back has been hurting more and more. I really don't want to miss my surgery over this. Suz is out now getting me gallons of cranberry juice.
