My employer

I was going through some emails from my hr dept, This is just strange. Okay one emails says that our plan is self funded this email is dated 1/28/2005 then when I did my internal appeal the person that handled the appeal said that our plan is fully funded and that Humana makes all the discisions. They also so that this one plan that covers wls, started from 02/2003 and then ended 9/2003. How can a plan change midway through the year????

Sherry, It does sound odd and things don't add up. I just hope all goes well with your partner's insurance so you don't have to worry about your nutty employer!
