Well, it has been two weeks and two days since I had my surgery. Today was my first post-op visit and everything is great. When I first started talking about WLS I was 310 lbs, then I started to work out and went to my PCP at Kaiser 286. Kaiser has you lose 10% and I got down to -before surgery 265 and today I am at 241. I feel great. I just needed to say that. Best to all.
