help please

can anyone tell me if this is a good thing or a bad thing, and if it is a good thing what should i expect or what should i do while i am there? i sent in paper work for wls , i was denied 07/22/04 , i sent in my appeal 11/30 was received by humana 12/06, i recieved a letter for a greivance meeting , is that a good thing or bad thing , can some tell what happens at a grevance meeting.

I am not sure but anything except another denial must be good. It appears they are trying to hear your side of things...I know that I got a denial the other day and they are requesting a peer to peer meeting with my surgeon...so I figure..that is better than a no.. Good luck!! Diana
