New to OH

I wanted to take a minute to say hello to everyone and give abrief intro My name is Sophia 31 and I live in the NYC area and I am just starting my journey with the WLS. I have so many questions I have been posting around and I happen to com across this group and WOW am I glad. I wasnt aware there was a group here for gay, lesbians, bi and transgenders here. it is a little more comforting to be able to talk with my peers I look forward to talking to everyone and getting to know as many of you as possible. Welcome, Sophia - and good luck on your journey. I have a friend who had wls with her partner at Mr. Sinai in NY - and said that the care was wonderful. She's several years out and is doing very well. Ruth
