Surgery Tomorrow (23rd)

I wish all of you the best in your journies pre and post. I will be post tomorrow! It's been a long time coming and I am sure everything will go well. I'm making final preparation today and will go to the hospital tomorrow at 11:30 in the morning. I am so excited that things are finally coming to an end and to a new beginning!
