Hmmm...this diet thing is...
Well, I got started on my "food plan" on Monday. It actually hasn't been too terribly bad. I'm on a 2400 calorie plan that's designed for diabetics, (although I don't have diabetes). I'm eating healthy and smaller portions, which is what I'm going to have to do anyway once I have the surgery. So this is a preparation period for me. I may slip, but I'll just have to get my tail back up and get back to it. Medicaid wants this plan followed and doctor supervised for 6 months before they'll consider me. So I'm just gonna have to get in gear. The rest, we'll have to wait to see what happens.
