California, Wine Country, Before and After Pic Inside!

 

The last time I was in California I weighed 294 lbs. It was 3 months before my RNY surgery and I was TERRIFIED. I had lost 24 lbs on my pre op diet and tried my absolute best to live it up at 294 lbs! I just came home from a great trip to California with my mom. We went out to the central coast for my cousins wedding. 10 days in wine country?? YES PLEASE! Haha! It was so amazing to come back to that beautiful state in my new body. I am so proud of what I have achieved! It's an ongoing battle but it's well worth it! I have lost 170 lbs to date!

I love your posts!!  Thanks for sharing!!  :-)    My partner had RNY on 4/11/13... she is doing well... My insurance requirements are different... have to go through the 6 month thing... my last NUT appt will be Aug 6... so hoping to have my surgery by the end of Sept...  I can hardly waiting until we look like you two!!  :-)

You look amazing and should be very proud of your amazing success! My partner and i had surgery about 1 yr apart and having that support in place is great. Nice to have that unconditional love in your life knowing she loved you before during and after ... keep up the good work!

AmberLee - you look fantastic!!  I'm worrying my partner nuts with all my questions, but she's a trooper and helping me research as much as she can.  Can I ask if you explored plastic surgery?  I'm trying to plan ahead!!
