I didn't know this site had a forum for the LGBT community!!!

I've been on this site since July and never even knew there was a forum for people like me. I just had gastric bypass on Monday and I'm still in a lot of pain, the percocet is the only thing that is saving me right now. I'm so glad that I found this forum. :) 

Welcome to this site. I had a band about four years ago and then a revision to RNY. I've gotten a lot of support here and on my state board.

 Welcome to the site!  I too found it  a great resources, both before an after surgery.  They people here are great.

I hope your recovery is going well.  It's been a couple of weeks so I imagine you are adjusting and getting used to your new pouch (or sleeve).  Post again and lets us know how it is going wil ya?
