Plastic Surgery and Age

Hi There:

I have a question that I would like some feed back on relative to Plastic Surgery. How do you feel about Plastic Surgery for people over 50 y.o.? I ask this because I have lost a lot of weight (over 150 lbs.) via diet and exercise over the last 2 years. I am a bit over 50 y.o. and I know that I will have some type of Facial Plastics...I think anyone should think about that no matter how old. But what about some Body Contouring work (Arms, Stomach, Thighs, maybe breasts.) Is it worth going through the surgery and the healing process?

Something about Me: I am an Energetic, Passionate woman with a LOT of Living left to Do! I am a lawyer and I have been often told that I am very good looking.

For those of you that have had some Body work...Is it worth it, surgery and recouperation?

I don't think about it beng about age so much as how you feel.  If it will make you realize something better about yourself, provide a completion to your journey - Go for IT!

 Do it!

Remember, most plastics surgeons aren't focused on people in their 20s and 30s because they don't 'need it' yet.

Good luck!

I am in full support of anyone who wants or needs plastic surgery and have seen wonderful results!

I however am still in an undecided state for myself.
I would love to have the perfect body....tight tummy, perky boobs, and lean limbs and neck.
However, I am not so sure that would make me happy.  I think I would still have body image issues.

Wish you the best!
