VSG on 11/30/11

Congratulations on your recent surgery! I had VSG on 11/30/11, have lost 45lbs since surgery and 58lbs from heaviest weight. This forum is a lifesaver! Great, great folks on it and I can't begin to say how valuable they were to me both pre- and post-op. You'll soon learn (if you haven't already!) that VSG is the best decision you ever made. My only regret? That I wasn't able to do it 10 years ago!
