Shakes

Need sample shakes before surgery which ones taste good and where can I order or whats store can i get buy them. also I have to get my blood count up or doctor say they might not do the surgery am on 325mg Iron pills

I remember a site called www.revivalsoy.com they used to send samples if u called the 800 #.  That was over 4 yrs ago so don't know if they still do or not.  Seems like I also got protein bar samples.  And I ended up ordering soy chips which were really good!

Other options include ordering samples from Vitalady.com and Unjury. Also, Vitamin Shoppe carries sample packets which I found particularly helpful.

Try pre-made EAS Myoplex Lite.  I buy mine at the supermarket.
