I pop in now and then to see what is up in this room. I am 3 1/2 years post-op Lapband. My bariatric center is featuring me in their current marketing campaign. I thought I would share the link if you want to know more about me.

Holy crap, Tom! I had no idea you'd had a heart attack and triple bypass surgery! Wow! I'm so glad you made the decision to do WLS and that it's helped you so much. And I'm also so happy you are around and peddling your skinny ass all over the place! congratulations on your wonderful success!

How very cool Tom, and my don't you look wonderful! Glad that you too have discovered your passion for endurance cycling. I'd love to ride with you someday!

Danni, I marvel in your faster paced high energy cycling. I do love bicycle touring and hope to take more tours in the future. I am pretty proud of how far I have come. I am proudest of the bariatric folks who form the core of my cycling club. It has grown so much over the past three years. I am giving running a try right now. A bariatric pal who is a runner has organized a couch to 5K program that I am enjoying. - Tom
