One year post op...new pics on profile
Hi All...
One year ago today I was recovering in the hospital...The journey over the last year is amazing, I wish I would of done this years ago and am so grateful that I got to do it at all. No question that I would do it all over again.
I have lost 114 pounds, around 11 inches on my waist at 20% body fat. I am off all of my blood pressure and trygliceride meds.
If you are contemplating this, the journey is amazing especially for anyone that has been heavy their whole life. Its weird that, over time, we become numb to our size. For me this was the most energizing thing, the ephany a week.
Remember, no matter what. you have to work to with your tool. Its not a magic bullet, if you dont have the will power then you can still fail.
