Hello all,

I am not new but just decided to close old account and start a new one.

I am MsMook1979 and am in the process of having Lapband to Sleeve Revision surgery possibly in Mexico possibly in January.
Hope I can learn from a lot of you as I have on Facebook, Youtube and other .com sites.
Please feel free to share your experiences with me if you have had revision surgery from lapband. Thx.

Hey Mook! Welcome back. I did not have a revision but I do know of a few people *****vised from band to vsg and they've experienced a great deal of success with their revision. Good luck to you and please make sure that you set yourself up to have rest and a local doc for your follow up care.

I too am revising from the crap band. I originally wanted the sleeve but because my metabolism is so slow, my doctor recommended RNY. I am still in the process of getting my approval and should know next week. Wishing you the best!
