Not in WA but in neighboring OR.
What surgery are you considering? Any specific questions?
I had RNY via lap surgery a year ago. Surgery was on Friday and sent home on Saturday. Back to work on Wednesday. Pain minimal and recovery was uneventful. I did lack energy for several weeks and would easily get tired. Seems like I'm always cold but I hear that's normal since I've shed all my insulation.
Would do it again without any hesitation. Wish I hadn't waited so long.

Portland?!?! I just moved near PDX in September. Actually, I'm in the Happy Valley area which sounds much more fun for some gay (like me).
Small world. Hope to run into you some time. Any suggestions on places to go and things to do around here? Still trying to get acclimated. But, I've learned to always pack an umbrella with me. :)
