I have been doing a lot of reading the last few days since I signed up. Any suggestions
is welcomed. I am a month out as of yesterday. I wish I found this site before surgery.

-elcome! Glad you found your way here. Grats on your surgery as well. I'm 3 months out of VSG and this forum has been a great help and inspiration. I've had a bunch of stuff come up recently and had nithing but love,help and positivity come my way. I'm sure you'll find the same. What kind of surgery did you have (RNY, VSG, lap)? Since you're 1 month out, I suspect you may be about due for a slight energy drop. At least that's what happened to me.
Also, don't get too excited if the weight loss seems to drop off slightly. At first I was losing pretty fast. Then it started to slow down and I'd lose weight one week and then have a stall for a week. Then the cycle would start again.
It takes time for your body and mind to adjust to the changes. Best of luck.
