Lgbt support group in the SF bay area.

Hey guys just found this forum from a fb group. I'm prep, going through appointments and starting the lifestyle changes. I saw at least one person that's from the bay area and was wondering if one of the lgbt centers has a support group or if there was one specific for the lgbt community.
