Hi guys. I contribute to a blog, Former Fat Dudes, now and then. I have a new post over there at http://formerfatdudes.com/2011/03/breaking-free-from-your-co mfort-zone/. I hate to promote my blogging but I think this is a good post for WLS folks, especially longer term folks.
