Total Loss: 102 lbs (from highest weight)
Total Post-Surgery Loss: 92 lbs
Weekly Loss: 3 lbs
I’ve now lost the combined equivalent of a 2-month old horse and a rack of baby back ribs.
As usual, there was little weight loss during the week but the scale started dropping on Friday. Typical pattern for me.
High Weight = 310 Surgery Weight = 300 Dr's Goal = 200 My Goal = 190
